Advanced Concrete Systems is seeking a detail‑oriented Scheduling Coordinator to support our Field Operations and Logistics teams. This role is responsible for scheduling delivery dates, processing new orders, maintaining accurate production and delivery records, and ensuring clear communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule delivery dates and update changes in real time
- Process new orders, assign serial numbers, and maintain accurate logs
- Track weekly footage totals and update scheduling boards
- Manage cancellations, reschedules, and “built on hold” projects
- Prepare weekly reports and assist with payroll and truck reports
- Organize project files and ensure all documentation is complete
- Communicate delivery date changes to sales representatives
- Support Field Operations with paperwork and inventory tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Ability to follow structured processes and manage multiple tasks
- Detail‑oriented and team‑focused
Working Conditions:
- Office environment, 40+ hours per week
- Frequent sitting, walking, and use of hands; occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
